Towards the end of autumn the weather was dry and having hazy sunshine during the pass few days. It was not too busy when I arrived the park, so I went back to pavilion behind the viewing platform to carry on with the panorama. The view looked familiar but the enlarged scale gave a new prospect. I felt more details have to be induced as the layers of the plants growing behind the large paper skin tree became clearer. Colors and tones are important factors to distinguish the different types of plants, especially when the sizes of them became similar due to perspective. Yet I found it not easy to mix relevant hues for the atmospheric scene with the new palette that I have been using for a while. In order to avoid the picture to become messy, I added deeper tones on the large paper skin tree in front to emphasis the scale, which might happen to bring out senses on space and depth.
